Success criteria, environment and constraints.
Laboratories
Protect every handoff from collection point to analyzer.
Design temperature, shock protection, chain of custody and priority routing into one verifiable workflow.

What the project must resolve
Requirements before hardware
Custom autonomous robots for traceable, time-sensitive specimen movement between collection points and laboratories. A responsible proposal starts with the workflow, people, environment, failure modes and commercial objective—not a predetermined chassis.
- Barcode or RFID custody events
- STAT priority task logic
- Temperature-ready payload options
- LIS and laboratory middleware interfaces
From uncertainty to verified delivery
Architect
System choices, interfaces and project risks.
Prototype
A working unit for technical learning.
Validate
Field evidence against acceptance criteria.
Manufacture
Controlled builds and quality records.
Support
Training, diagnostics, spares and change control.
Questions worth answering before a quotation
Operational: Who requests, loads, supervises and recovers the robot? What happens when a route, door, network or user is unavailable?
Commercial: Which outcome justifies the project? What evidence is required before pilot, production and rollout decisions?
